Deadbeat Super Affiliate – Does What It Says It Will Do

I really love it when a product does what it says it will do, and Deadbeat Super Affiliate is one of those products. Dan takes you by the hand and shows you, not only what to do, but also how to do it, so this is a great product for a newbie.
Essentially Dan teaches you how to make small websites (blogs) that sell Amazon products, and surprisingly the actual steps are pretty easy. He starts with picking a niche and finding the right type of product (he has criteria that the product should meet), then moves onto keyword research (which is easy to follow) and onto domain names and hosting.
Once you have those bases covered he shows you how your pages should look, yes he actually shows you an example and takes you step-by-step through each tweak and change that he makes to the site. He also goes on to show how to make the site an authoritative site for better longevity.
And yes you could use some tweaked PLR reviews for these types of sites to save some time on writing. If you want to aim for authoritative sites, then tweaked PLR articles would be a great way to add additional content.
I also love that he’s very realistic about how long it will take for your sites to start making money for you – there are no big claims about making “thousands and thousands straight away” or “you can quit your job next week”. I hate sales letters with pitches like that. Dan is very clear when he says that some niches do take longer than others and that they can take anywhere from a few weeks up to three months to start earning for you.
So I started following Dan’s steps but took some shortcuts – I wrote a short review on a too popular Amazon product (the Kindle, it has way too much competition – 1,830,000 monthly global searches) and slapped it onto an old blog of mine (so it doesn’t even have its own domain, it’s on a site that has lots of unrelated articles) and didn’t even add any of the tweaks that he shows you (it’s butt ugly, just plain text) – yet my Amazon account shows a sale for that item! So that’s enough convincing for me to go and start tweaking that page.
He even includes a long PDF of already converting products so you can get started straight away. (This is Fast Action Bonus No.2 that will be removed on 9th November, so be quick if you want it).
There are only a few steps that a newbie might be confused about:
- one video shows you how to install WordPress from scratch, not good for a newbie, but if they have the right hosting account they can use Fantastico and install it with just a few clicks. (I love HostGator for easy one-click installs)
- some of the info on submitting to social networking sites, using ping.fm and twitterfeed.com, etc… is a little overwhelming and would take a bit longer to become familiar with.
Dan also gives you a long list of other physical product sites that you can sign up as an affiliate with (you don’t have to only use Amazon), as well as lists of social networking sites (the ones you should use and shouldn’t use), as well as snippets of HTML code that you can use in your posts to make them look better (better eye candy for your site visitors). And the info about the Amazon auto switch links plug-in is well worth the price of Deadbeat Super Affiliate alone.
If you can post to your blog – you can do this. But I do have one request that I want to ask Dan – Dan, please brush your hair!

Thanks for the review. I didn’t realize there was a limited time bonus on it, and I’d been waiting around to purchase. I’m definitely going to have to go check it out. I already do some Amazon affiliate sites, but it sounds like I could learn a few things from Dan.
Thank you for posting this review. I bought this program and have been going through the modules.
I am an affiliate for Amazon, and have been trying to building sites for products. This certainly helps and explains some things I was confused about.
I still get confused on building links though, and am
hoping to better understand after I go though the entire program.
